Lubricant quantity is per ONE tire at install, from our own dosing chart — e.g. a four-tire HMMWV takes 16 tubes. Any equivalent lubricant works; refer to your wheel assembly drawing for the final call.

The standard HMMWV tire is 36x12.50R16.5 on a two-piece wheel. The M998 family and its up-armored variants run run-flat-equipped wheels in that size — insert kit NSN 2640-01-419-6202 — and the install takes 4 tubes (46 oz) of lubricant per tire.
The tactical truck fleet runs R20 sizes: 395/85R20 (equivalent to 14.00R20), 12.00R20, 11.00R20, and 16.00R20 among them. We supply lubricant, inserts, and tires across the R20 range, quoted per wheel.
